The Millennicast: Where Curious Minds Meet Inspiring Professionals

In this episode I will be speaking to Bas Wakker.

Bas is managing partner at Inteleads where he helps sales teams sell more with the help of his own sales software. His business vision stems from his fascination about how businesses can be improved with technology by helping them seize the digital revolution. Before starting his own company Bas graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Policy Analysis & Management from Delft University of Technology, in The Netherlands.

We're going to talk about Bas's ups and downs in entrepreneurship, his success with a shoe company (MIPACHA), what he learned from building, and shutting down, a hi-tech sustainable fashion platform and how he suddenly ran a factory in the Philippines with 150 employees with no prior experience. And finally, we will be hearing how running soccer betting pools as a kid for his neighbourhood sparked his entrepreneurial drive from a very young age.
